Google Inc. made my day, when I heard the news that they're incorporating a jab at micro$oft, and a boon to online communities in one idea - or purchase.
Writely, also known as Google Docs and Spreadsheets, is an online application that allows you to edit, and contribute a document or spreadsheet, and yes, you can even upload existing documents or spreadsheets that you've already published. Aiming to be the next generation of office tools, freed from the confines of the harddrive, writely's vision is that of a glorious future - unlike a certain wireless internet, that we have come to love
